Integração com o Zoom

Transmita seus eventos online utilizando o Zoom
  • In the “Online transmission” tab, choose the Zoom platform and click connect.
  • On the page that opens, you must log in to your Zoom account or create a new account.
  • Click “Authorize” to install the Eventize app on your Zoom account.
  • In the “Conference definition” panel, select the type of room (webinar or meeting).
  • Right below, select the “Create new” tab.
  • Fill in the fields with your conference information and click “Confirm”.
  • In the “Conference Definition” panel, select the type of room (webinar or meeting) you want to use.
  • Right below, select the “Use existing” tab.
  • Select a room from the list and click “Save”.
  • Click the “Switch” button.
  • Create or select an existing conference.

Uninstall the Eventize app from your Zoom account

  • Access your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
  • Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Eventize app
  • Click on the Eventize app
  • Click on Uninstall

Disconnect your Zoom account from the current event

  • Click “Disconnect” in the “Platform” panel

Management Panel

In the management panel, click on the “List participants” button to obtain a list of participants already registered with Zoom.

In the management panel, click on the “Synchronize participants” button to synchronize the confirmed registrants at the event with the conference participants on Zoom.

In the management panel, click on the “Start” button to open Zoom and start the selected conference.
